Lucky I was able to get my hand on some of these goodies and I just have to rave about them
so lets get started :)
Eyeshadow Palettes
On the Right: E.L.F's 32 Eyeshadow Palette in Every Day Basics
On the Left: E.L.F's 100 Eyeshadow Palette
I bought the 32 eyeshdow palette for my sister..how sweet am I? lol
I have the that palette in Everyday Classics and she uses it more then I do! So I decided to buy her this one since she is a very neutral kind of girl <3
These eyeshadows have great pigmentation, last power is great with a primer before hand, and easy to blend. I have wore them all day and by the time I came home my eyeshadow was in tact!
I don't think I need to buy eyeshadow ever again! and I'm not much of an eyeshadow girl to begin with :)
These are some of the shadows from the last row on the 100 shadow palette.
Cons: some have fall out, but by tapping your brush before applying can solve that.
Lipstick/Lip Balm
Top: E.L.F Matte Lip Color in Natural
E.L.F Matte Lip Color in Coral
Bottom: E.L.F Conditioning Lip Balm SPF 15 in Peaceful PinkThe Matte Lip Color are really pigmented and the colors are great to pair with a gloss. I like Coral more then Natural. The Con to these is the lasting power is not the greatest. They are pretty creamy and did not dry out my lips. I do pair them with a lip gloss and they look great :)
The Lip Balm is great and goes on smoothly. It leaves your lips moisturized and with a glossy finish. I wanted to get a peachy one as well but of course SOLD OUT. These are perfect for summer since it has SPF.
Cons: Lasting power isn't the best and they taste weird. The smell isn't the most peasant.
Eyebrows
On the Right: E.L.F's Eyebrow Treat & Tame in Medium
On the Left: E.L.F's Eyebrow Kit in Medium
I have Black eyebrows but I don't used black eyeshadow to fill them in. Black eyeshadow on my eyebrows makes my face look to harsh and I look like I have a uni-eyebrow.
I currently was using M.A.C's eyeshadow in Brown Down but I wanted to try something different.
I really like the Eyebrow Kit in Medium for my eyebrows its a great shade for them.
The lasting power is great and so is the pigmentation.
The Eyebrow Treat & Tame in Medium makes my eyebrows look to different colors, so this was definitely not my shade! lol
The side with the color has a wand and it does apply nicely.
The clear side has a brush.
This is the side I use the most to set my eyebrows and I love it! <3

ReplyDeleteNice haul! My favorite e.l.f. products are the Warm Bronzer, Berry Merry blush, & kabuki face brush are some of my favorites. I like the eyebrow set too but my wax dried up a bit.
ReplyDeleteI was looking at the eyebrow kit, too but decided that for now I'll just use my eyeshadow from the neutrals beauty book. I just started filling in my eyebrows with eyeshadow, before that it was always a pencil. I like that with eyeshadow your face looks a little more natural.

@Katie YES! I agree with you that eyeshadow does make your eyebrows look more nature...you should try this its a great $3 investment =]

1. I LOVE Complexion Perfection.
I used it everyday to set my foundation and when ever I dont wanna wear makeup I wear concealer and this on top and BAM!! Flawless I love it!
2. Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder
The bronzer on the right side is pigmented and long lasting. The blush on the left is a nice peachy-pink..this does not disappoint!
3. under Eye Concealer & Highlighter
I use Medium/Glow because I'm pretty tan. This has a white highlighting side and a concealer on the other. I don't have dark circles but I do use this everyday and it brights up my under eye wonderfully!

ReplyDelete@NenaTH I have tried their Studio line (black color) brushes and their okay their really soft but I find they grab to much color and they dont apply that much color as well.
